If you’re into racing simulation video games, then there’s a pretty good chance you’ve heard of the Gran Turismo series. It’s been around since 1997 and has not only won multiple awards in the past two decades but surpassed 76 million units sold. It’s one of the most iconic racing simulators in video game history, and its latest, next-generation installment is now available on the PlayStation 4.
A couple of years ago, Gran Turismo reignited its Vision Gran Turismo project, which inspired many companies – especially automakers – to design original concept vehicles to be featured in the 15th anniversary version of the video game, and has now done the same for the 20th anniversary. One of these companies was Hyundai, and they created the N 2025 Vision GT.

“The N 2025 Vision GT is our ambitious take on what we think prototype racing could look like in the not-too-distant future. We’re thrilled to see it presented anew in one of the most visually stunning racing simulations ever created. This concept is a point of pride for Hyundai on so many fronts. It effortlessly combines beauty and function as a racing car, and it boasts a fuel-cell powertrain that is as progressive as the bodywork wrapped around it. It’s exciting to know that players who drive it in Gran Turismo Sport can now do so in pursuit of a real FIA Championship that’s exclusive to the game.”

What other Hyundai vehicles will appear in Gran Turismo Sport?
In the Gran Turismo Sport video game, there are multiple different racing classes which help to avoid seeing a match up like a Lamborghini Gallardo facing off against a Honda Civic. The N 2025 Vision GT will be one of the vehicles in the top class, Group 1. But it will be joined by four other Hyundai vehicles, all of which are versions of the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. The 3.8 Track will be in the N Class, the Gr.3 will be in the Group 3 Class, the Gr.4 in the Group 4 Class, and then the Gr.B Rally Car in the Group B Class.
You can see some of the digital versions of these vehicles here. If you’re a PlayStation owner, we encourage you to go pick up the game and get behind the wheel of one of these outstanding digital Hyundai vehicles.
