Earlier this week we talked about the NHTSA awarding three of our vehicles 5-Star Overall Safety Ratings. While those aren’t technically awards, per se, they are quite similar. So, we figured we’d keep with that trend by filling you in on if and which Hyundai vehicles won AutoPacific Annual Vehicle Satisfaction awards this year. The short answer is yes, read on to find out which ones!
“Customer satisfaction is central to everything we do, and this recognition from Hyundai owners through third-party industry leader AutoPacific affirms our commitment.”
– John Simmons, Senior Group Manager of Product Planning, Hyundai Motor America
The Hyundai Accent was recognized as the Best In Class Economy Car. For the upcoming model year, the 2020 Accent will feature a new powertrain and transmission system, enhancing its value even more.
The Hyundai Tucson, in turn, was recognized as the Best In Class Compact Crossover Sport Utility Vehicle. Its selection of exterior colors has been shaken up for the 2020 model year, as have some of its features.
AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Research Studies
AutoPacific is an automotive marketing research and product-consulting firm oriented toward the future. Each year it conducts a study that involves an owner survey inquiring about 32 different aspects of the vehicle. They then analyze the results of the survey as well as the vehicles’ reliability and quality and decide which vehicles deserve to take home the award.
