The Hyundai lineup of crossovers is stacked, with the two newest models being at either end of the spectrum. The Palisade is the brand’s new flagship SUV, the largest model on the lineup, whereas the Venue is the entry-level and the smallest crossover the brand has to offer. That doesn’t make it any less exciting though, as the 2021 Hyundai Venue is one of the most stylish models available here in Cocoa FL. In its second year on the lineup, not much needed to change, though a few features did shift around within the trim levels.
A few things did, also, get discontinued for the new model year. The 6-speed manual transmission and 15” steel wheels to be exact. But several other features are now standard on lesser trim levels or have shifted around in other ways. For instance, the 15” alloy wheels are now standard on the SE trim level, whereas they were standard on the SEL trim last year. The 17” wheels move to, becoming standard on SEL and Denim while they were only standard on Denim last year in addition to being part of the Convenience Package.
A few other features that were only available in the Convenience Package or standard on the Denim trim level are also now standard on SEL and Denim, including the sliding armrest storage box, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, as well as Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance with Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Warning. Finally, if you didn’t already guess it, the Convenience Package was also discontinued for the 2021 model year.
A few things that weren’t discontinued? The Venue’s charm, versatility, efficiency and more. It’s an excellent option in the entry-level market, offering more space than a sedan but giving up very little in exchange due to its small stature. If you think you might be interested in bringing one of these home, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us right away here at Cocoa Hyundai today!
